Tokyowheel® Update August [Video]

I've got a couple of updates for you. We've been shipping out the EPIC 3.4 wheelsets for the last few weeks, and are getting awesome feedback from the first customers to ride them. If you've just received your EPIC 3.4 wheels, let us know how it's going, we love to hear the types of rides and experience of people are having with our products.

The EPIC 5.6 wheels have started shipping! If you placed a preorder for these, then look for a tracking number in your email soon. We were about two weeks behind schedule at shipping that wheel set. I want to thank everyone for their patience. We've worked extra hard to make sure that you get the highest quality product possible.

The EPIC 7.10 and the Carbon Pro Hubs are currently in production. We've finished all the tooling and carbon layup testing for both of those products. Right now we are manufacturing the first production runs of the carbon rims and carbon hub shells. We estimated that the EPIC 7.10 wheelsets and all the wheelsets ordered with the Carbon Pro Hub upgrade would begin shipping by the end of August. We are pushing hard to meet that deadline but because of the delays with the EPIC 5.6 we may have to push back the initial shipping by a week or more. I know everyone is excited to get their wheels, and we’re working to get them out to you as soon as possible.

We completed our first windtunnel test of the EPIC 3.4 wheelset. We have some more post analysis of the data to do before we present the results to you. I will say this right now, it was immediately obvious that our wheels were performing much better than the control wheelset we tested against.
