Mega Status Update

I’ve got a lot of updates for you today. Let’s jump right in!

Pre-Sale

The EPIC 3.4 pre-sale wheels have started shipping and beginning to arrive at customers worldwide. We’ve had great feedback so far, and everyone loves the new improvements. We’re shipping EPIC 3.4 wheel sets under a normal schedule now, so orders for that model will ship right away.

The EPIC 5.6 pre-sale is getting close to an end, and we’re seeing pre-orders for that model pick up significantly. If you haven’t ordered your 5.6 yet, now is the time. The new carbon moulds and layup for the EPIC 5.6 are in production, and were still on schedule for shipment mid July. This timing is a bit tight, and we might see some small delays on that shipment date.

The EPIC 7.10 carbon moulds and layup are cued up and everything is ahead of schedule for shipment in August.

The Pro Hub production is still underway. We’ve made significant progress on the carbon hub flange manufacturing, especially on the front hub. There is a remote potential for delays due to the manufacturing of the magnetic ratchet ring, but as of now everything is on schedule for shipment in August

Ambassadors

We’ve had a lot of great feedback from ambassadors, and have even more ambassadors earning referral commissions. We’ve got a lot more in-store for this program, and will be giving you more info in the near future. We added anonymous users to the rankings. Check out the current leaderboard.

Road Disc Wheels

The EPIC 3.4 Disc and EPIC 5.6 Disc are almost ready to go on sale. We are prepping the website and getting things ready to show you those models in the coming weeks.

MTB Wheels

We’ve had a lot of requests for mountain bike wheels, and now that we’ve released our road bike product line, it’s time to give some love to the community’s mountain bikes. Because this will be a totally new product line, I would really appreciate the your input.

Hiring

We’ve got a bunch of products, and projects in the pipeline, and we want to move forwards even faster. To do that, we’re going to be starting a round of hiring. We’re looking for multiple Marketing Assistants, Content Creators, and Multi-Lingual Customer Service Reps. I’ll post more about that soon, but if you’re interested, send us an email, and we’ll get you the job info first.
